December has arrived, the month when I can slow down and take a moment to reflect on everything I've experienced this year. January was a month full of new beginnings, as I started this new journey as Community Program Manager Europe at Codemotion. It feels strange to think that so much time has already passed.

It seems like just yesterday that I was getting to know the amazing Codemotion team, and Mara was sharing with me the growth goals for this year. The results we've achieved on the community front are significant and far from trivial, and I would like to celebrate them with you by sharing them.
